I love this product . The shop owner take pride in what they do and even sent a card along with the product to welcome my son to the Marine family if your looking to get the crucible candle sticker this should be the place you get them from! They are affordable and really nice people.

I did not use customer service but I can tell from the way my package arrived stellar customer service is the normal. I received a hand written card of support for my bootcamp son.
