Product arrived broken. But it did arrive quickly. Unable to connect with the seller. Would like a replacement but it is time sensitive and I need a replacement right away. After an hour of trying to connect with the seller, and use the chatbot, I give up. Very disappointed as this is a special gift for a USMC recruit and I can't spend more money to order a new one from a different seller..
