I originally ordered these and they never arrived in spite of stating that they were delivered. I immediately reached out to the seller and not only did they apologize for the inconvenience but they walked me through the appropriate procedures to file a claim with Etsy. I received my refund very quickly. I reordered the earrings and they were exactly what I wanted. I will be ordering more since I’ve already depleted my supply.
